1. Was this card detected before on the same setup (computer/reader/cable)
2. Is this card detected on some other computer
3. If you are using external card reader, try to use a different USB port
4. Does this card come up in Disk Management and has a drive letter assigned (Right click on Computer >> Manage >> Disk Management)
