Max safe voltage on these G.Skill Ripjaws?

Hi, I have this set of RAM:

I have it set to 1600mhz 8-8-8-24-1T at 1.64v in the BIOS, but I think HWMonitor is showing it as 1.68v.

I'm using it with a Phenom II X4 965 at 3.7ghz at 1.45v.

What's the max safe voltage for this set of RAM? I already tried google, but I couldn't really find an answer for it.

it would come down to temperatures more than anything. assuming adequate case cooling, you should be fine up to 1.8. but make sure to only raise in increments, and monitor the temperature of the modules carefully.
