What is the Gigabyte P55A UD3 (rev 1.0) newest bios version?

I currently have the f6 version just wondering what the most current version is? should i flash to the version if i want to overclock my i5 750?

You don't need to flash to the latest BIOS to overclocked your CPU.

Does it matter if i do will it help or not? improve anything?

It should improve the BIOS setp but I didn't see anything that was a most for overclocking. If it is running fine, don't worry about it (ain't broke don't fix). If you have stability issues or something, you might want to upgrade the BIOS to see if that helps anu.
