XP Does Not Install - NTLDR missing Use Ctrl+Alt+Delete - WD Utility
when i install windows xp 32 bit professional, computer shows "NTLDR is missing". how can i resolve this problem? please help me.

Where does the WD utility you mention in the topic header come into play? From the topic, it sounds like you cloned the drive and messed something up. If this is a clean install from a valid media disk, you should not get that error.
As a pecaution, make sure the boot drive and boot order is set up properly in the bios.
Download and install windows update to resolve this problem or missing files.
