How do I make a bootable zip disk in WinXP? If anything, what files should I copy to the zip disk?

I'm not sure if you can make a bootable ZIP disk, but there is a file on Microsoft's site that will create a set of bootable floppies. Maybe you can use this to create your own bootable ZIP disk. The link is: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads [...] seid=33290

I made a boot disk and put the files on a zip disk, but it doesn't work. I've tried setting the zip drive to be the first device to be booted from, and I've tried an F8 in the bios to boot directly from the zip disk but it says it can't find system files. I'm irritated...
