I've been volunteered to build a server at a boss' home.
My home server uses an Asus M2NPV-VM (onboard gigabit ethernet, video, etc. along with a low wattage AMD chip). This motherboard is no longer sold.

The RAID array will be handled by a 3Ware 9500S-8 card and the machine will run Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit Server.

So, I need a solid, supported motherboard with onboard everything which will hopefully take a low wattage chip. The machine will just run Samba (file sharing), so top of the line/top of the cost isn't important. I'm not interested in using an Atom/Atom-type chip.

Thanks in advance.
