Testing new computer

Hey guys i just build my first comp ever i was woundering if there is a way to see how how everything is running i dont know anything about the bio or how to change stuff but i wanted to idk test to make sure its all working right.

Also i see people talking about there computer score from windows 7 i guess how do i get my score?
