I need an AD account to authenticate to guest wifi but would like it so it cannot be used to log onto desktops, I only want it for visitors to authenitcate on personal laptops in a "cafe" environment but as the username and password will be given out and not secure I want to make it so it cannot log onto any desktops on my domain, can this be done?

You can set logon to rights for an account, sure. Look int the account options after you make it.
