Insert disk into usb drive

Hello,
i have errors when opening my usb drive,it says to insert a disk. this had happened after i inserted my usb drive into my xbox and tried configuring it to the xbox, something went wrong and now it wont open

Well I would guess your xbox formated it for xbox although this should not work either way I would bet it is really messed up. You will have to go into Windows Disk management and remove and recreate the partition then format. It should show back up assuming the drive is good but it will be empty.
