APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Within a week or two, but ill wait if I should
BUDGET RANGE: US $800ish but ill spend up to 1000 if it'll make a big difference
SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, Speakers, DVD Burner
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com
PARTS PREFERENCES: I'm not sure, I was leaning towards a Phenom 4 955 but im considering a i5 750(which is a smarter choice? this is my biggest concern)
OVERCLOCKING: Maybe when my parts become outdated
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe later?
MONITOR RESOLUTION: (1680 x 1050)

Wanted to use an i5 750 and a Radeon 5850/5870, but i have no idea what mobo to use. Tiger Direct still has 12.8% cash back so ill utilize that if i have to. If anyone has a good suggestion for a build or thinks i should wait plz let me know.

I was about to just buy this particular build but i keep on changing my mind:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz
Mobo: ASUS M4A79XTD EVO
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
GPU: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16
Hard Drive: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
Case: COOLER MASTER Centurion 5
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 W0388RU 600W ATX 12V v2.2 Power Supply

Came to about 730 after $20 of MIRs. And the PSU was free with the graphics card because of a combo, but the deal expired so scratch that...

please help!
