Hey guys i was wondering if the ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 support SLI crossfire? I know it supports ATI crossfire but what if iam getting the GTX 460? Can i still crossfire that in the future or? And also if that motherboard doesn't support SLI crossfire, which motherboard is able to support it that is around $130-150CAD? Or should i change my GPU to another 1? Thanks!

Hello
That board(all 890GX/FX boards) support CrossFire only. So if you go with a GTX 460 you can't add another one later because it doesn't support SLI.
What resolution do you play at ? if its like 1680x1050 then a single GTX 460 suffices.

Oh i see. But yah i play on 1680x1050. So what if iam not going to buy a new comp in 5-10years? lol Will that 460 still come in handy although thats hard to vision. And wouldnt it be smarter to get a ATI GPU so you can Xfire it in the near future? ^^ Thanks!

GTX 460 is a great for its price, it(the 1GB model) performs better than a HD 5830 and has a good price range and it can handle games fine on 1680x1050.
The time that a single GTX 460 struggles on this resolution, even adding another one won't help much, so don't worry about it.
