Quotation Mark Problem

Hello,

In Microsoft Word with Windows XP, suddenly the qotation marks are appearing on the bottom of the line, like „this“ instead of like "this". How can I correct this problem? It has begun only a couple of days ago.

Check the formatting of your Normal.dot template, make sure it's in English. Also check the documents with the issues, change them to English.

That was the problem! I was translating a German paper into English on the same page, paragraph by paragraph. Thank you.
