Computer boots but no video

windows loads and everything
but only loads video 1/10th of the time

so computer turns on loads here windows boot noise trasnfer files like from utorrent etc , everything works but no video

That's totally unspecific. Does the video card act like its missing and you can just ping it and/or listen to it to tell that its indeed booting properly?

Or just as magically you can use it all but sometimes, playing videos doesn't work.
