yesterday i knew its temperature to reach just 105c while playing games like mafia 2, battlefield bad company 2 & fifa 10.
my computer specifications are :
windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.
Pentium(R)dual core cpu E5500@2.80 GHz
Installed ram 2gb ddr3
HDD 320 GB
zotac Nvidia geforce 210 1 gb ddr3 synergy edition.

please help me out. i have also tried cleaning my heat sinker (passive cooler ; no fan)

That is a very high temperature. In fact it is the max temperature the gpu can handle. If you go over 105c, it will probably die.

The only solutions to this are:

1. Fully clean your pc and make sure it gets plenty of air flow. - this won't help much if its already pretty clean and has good enough air flow.
2. Underclock the gpu using some software like msi afterburner or riva tuner. - That will give you lower temps but also worse performance and lower fps.
3. Slap a fan on that thing! if its already fanless, you need to add a fan to that to really cool that down.

If you don't wanna do any of these things, cope with the high temps...or upgrade and rebuild your system...it is not too great already...

thanks
I had already tried cleanining my heatsink as well as my cpu.
even my graphics card is new and was purchased just a month before so i do not think of any probability of choking vents or same because of that.
one more thing that surprises me a lot is that my computer never lags even when it is at 105c!
can't it be that there is some error in temprature reporting

Technically you could have an error reporting temps...but thats rare...and henydiah is possibly right...if you never go over 105C then you will probably be fine...

I suggest you don't worry about it until it actually dies...then worry about replacing it...but now that it still works and has no lagging then I wouldn't worry about it...

My SMB1930N (1360x768@60Hz), 512MB GeForce 210 (nVidia) normally runs at 76 °C, and when i play games it reaches to 90 °C, especially when i play games like sniper ghost warrior so i think its pretty normal to have these temperatures on this video card, once it has a fan of its own as well. Moreso, i have four fans in my pc and on the other side the outside temperature is just 7 °C, so not to worry.
