Hello, If I use 1gig 333mhz ddr2 ram and 1 gig 400mhz ddr2 ram will it cause me to have framerate issues in games?

It shouldn't if there are no RAM conflicts.

When you combine RAM of different speeds, they will default to the lower (least common denominator) speed setting. The different, from a user's perspective, will be negligible. In fact, increasing your RAM may increase system performance as you minimize how often you access virtual memory. Good luck!
