Boot issues

i have an xp machien i put another hdd in to install windows 7 on it and it worked i put the windows 7 hdd in the other computer but now when i start up the xp machine it heeps trying to roll back theres a nother option that allows me to get to xp i just want to boot to xp instead of rebooting every time it trys rollback i went in to xp bootini thing in msconfig it dosent show me anything please help

You do not install an OS on one computer, then put it in another computer and expect it to work.

Because the master boot files are on win 7 drive thats why win xp is unable to load. Try to recover win xp other wise you should connect win 7 hard drive to recover your files.

windows 7 works fine in the other computer
windows xp also works fine but prior to the boot theres another menu whos defalt is toll back the other option is boot older version of windows i just need to either get rid of that menu or set defalt option to boot older version of windows





ps the menu only is onscreen for 1 second
