I need some help. After reviewing the comments on FixBee, I downloaded the free version to my laptop & ran. Now when I try to open my Act Data Base I get the Error Message: Smartheap/MEM_BAD_POINTER. I've removed FixBee and have reinstalled AACT and I still get the same error message. As I'm not the most computer literate buls in the pack, could someone provide me with some easy step-by-step instructions on how to remove SmartHeap?
