Has anyone had a problem with lost channel guide info? I followed
instructions on FAQ at replay website but get an error message when trying
to download new info.....any help appreciated!!!

How are you trying to download the info?
243 zones and option 7 is the usual way. I suppose the message might be
helpful. The server could be down or you could have other connection problems.
I have had this occasionally but if the problem wasn't on my end it eventually
clears itself up.

Notice that there is now an option in the "setup" menu to do it.

What is the model number and software version? Do you dial-in or use the
net? What was the last successful connect date?

If your data is corrupted you have to clear the channel guide TWICE (243
zones) and then connect again to reload.
