CCC and .Net Framework

I just bought a XTX Radeon HD4350. Caused a whole lot of problems btw.

when i start up my computer, i get a error saying "CCC needs .Net Framework to run properly." After that, i can click and run CCC from desktop. The problem is that it just doesnt run at start-up. Should I be concerned?

.net framework update usually comes with the installation cd.

its usual filename is "dotnetfx". look it up.
