Aspire 4736z Shuts Down During XP Install

Laptop : Acer Aspire 4736Z;
Computer shuts down during installation of windows XP and shuts down at point of "Installing devices". I repeat again and again and it shuts down at same point ie about 1/2 way the device instaling progress bar.

I suspected that it shuts down when installing device and the suspected device is the temperature/fan sensor (just suspect)

system previously running windows vista and it has the shut down problem intermitently. I replace OS to win xp after I reformat the whole hard disk.

Now I cant install my system back.

Anyone please advice me?

Install to a different hard drive.

Thanks for the advice. I'll try installing to a flash drive.
