What cooler should i get?

Hi,

I'm building this pc and i need to find a quiet Cpu cooler i'm going for overclockability to my i5-3570K.
I have looked on a -Antec Kuhler H2O 620- and the -Corsair h60-h80- but i have heard that they are a bit noisy, so i wanna know what one of them there are most quite or if you have something else that cools as good and for about the same price.

the video explains what's "new".
Biggest selling point to me is that at low idle speeds it should be slightly quieter. Don't expect any huge cooling difference

forgot to say I live in Denmark so can't use the Newegg discounts -.-
Oh btw will that cooler keep I cold enough if I overclock to 4.6ghz?
And also just saw that the first one CAN'T be used it's wrong socket doesn't fit for LGA 1155
