Replacement push-pins for Arctic Freezer 11 LP?

Hi all,

I just recently purchased Arctic Cooling Freezer 11 LP from the internet.

To my surprised, when it arrived, it didn't come with any push-pins to secure the mounting bracket.

Now how in the freaking world am I supposed to install the fan.

Does anyone know where can I get the replacement pins?

I've tried contacting Arctic to send me the pins, but I never got any reply from them for the last 5 days.
