How do I know if my motherboard is compatible with Sapphire Radeon HD5570 graphics card's PCI express 2.1x16 interface?

My mobo model is Dell 0M017G with Intel G45/G43/P45/P43 Chipset - Integrated Graphics.

My system specs:
Model: Studio slim 540S
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8300 @2.50GHZ
RAM: 4.00 GB
System Type: 32 bit

A PCI-E 2.1 card will work fine in a PCI-E 2.0 slot,so you can use HD 5770 on that board.
