Dell Optiplex GX620 Battery Low error

Some body plz advise wat do i do even i have replaced my old battery with the new one but problem is still not resolved and dell support personnel said that i should replace the motherbaord plz plz plz advise me help me out

What does the BIOS now tell you the voltage is? You should be able find out from the PC Health section of the BIOS.

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

1- Exist another thread with the same problem.
2- Install the new battery and reset the BIOS.
3- Try with another PSU.
