How to check overclocked cpu are stable ?

guys, i overclocked my cpu from 3 to 3.6ghz on pentium D 925. By lowering DRAM freq i got it. Then , how to i check if my cpu going stable or not ?

test use intelburn test software for fast resul .. and for long time use prime95
