Is it possible to find out if my Hard Drive was cloned on Windows XP ?

If it's a retail computer like a Dell, use your service tag on their website and it will list the original specs. For instance, if it came with a hitachi drive and now you have a WD drive in it, it was changed or cloned.

Without the original specs, no.
