HP Solution Center

Hi there! I have a wireless HPC309a all-in-one printer. Every time I want to scan I have to run the HP diagnostic utility in order to get it to connect. I notice the IP address on the diagnostic utility is different than the config page I print from the printer. HP Solution always says '..not connected' I reinstalled the CD that came with it but it still does not work.
What do you suggest?

  1. I suggest calling HP. since you are able to both scan and print after running their diagnostic utility.
