Crackling sound with intermintent freezing

crackling as int he fan is hitting something or crackling as in an electrical sort of crackling?

if its the fan, open up remove dust and other debri

if its electrical open up check to see if any of the parts have broken ie. the solder has broken, either re solder, buy new card or get it fixed professionally

No its in the headphones its not inside the computer, it comes as like interference in the sound of the game. Its just a crackling sound I cant really explain it any better than that. It happens with my headset speakers and tv sound so I know its not the headset.
