Hi!
Does anybody know where to find documentations for
laptops? I have one, but I have lost the bag with all the
papers in it. I have IBM ThinkPad T23. Is there any way to
acquire documentation and manual in e-doc?
Please help, it's urgent!

On the face of it you are lying through your teeth (and needlessly so,
only in an attempt to save some self-devised notion of "face" ) because
as everyone but you apparently knows, all the IBM manuals, including
complete disassembly instructions and so on, are available online for
free. That's partly what marks them out in quality of service from
other manufacturers.
So I would surmise that you previously owned some other brand of
laptop (e.g. toshiba), learned from that experience that the
manufacturer has the manual locked up in a safe in japan, and extended
the hypthesis inappropriately to IBM without checking for yourself
first.
And exactly what you would have found if you had looked, since going to
the page for your model (and you can enter the model number right in
the window for it) would have shown you them.
