Any USB 3.0 flash drive that can run at about 40Mbyte/sec or more will perform the same on a USB 2.0 connection, since that's what USB 2.0 maxes out at (in theory it's 60MByte/sec but in practice the highest data rates you see are in the high 30's/MByte/sec).
I've been using Patriot Memory's "Supersonic" USB 3.0 drives on my USB 3.0 ports and they run at about 75MByte/sec write speed and over 100MByte/sec read speed:
