Merge two logical drives in 32 bit XP

Hello,
Tell me the software to merge two logical drives on 1 harddisk on 32 bit Xp.I have tried Easeus partition 9 but it does not work.Plz help me

Back up your data, delete one partition, expand the other partition, and then copy the data back within partition master.

Otherwise you will have to look into paid for software like acronis:

But $80 v free, I think I will just backup and re-size.
