hi..

I recently bought a Sparkle 9800gt 1GB GDDR3 graphics card. On the nvidia website it was mentioned that the memory clock for 9800gt is 900MHZ ( 1800MHZ effective) by default. I checked my system information using RivaTuner, it says that the memory clock of my 9800gt is only 500mhz ( 1000 mhz data rate).

What cud be the prob?

Plz help me out!

my system config:

- core 2 duo E7500 (2.93Ghz)
- mobo: Intel DG41RQI
- 2 GB ram ( 800mhz)
- 450Watt PSU

download GPU-Z, it will keep track of the clocks, and can show the max/min/current clocks

edit ...in the 'sensors' tab.
