no it will not. your case will fit up to a 160mm hsf and the v6gt is 165mm

If you can fit 160mm the noctua NH-D14 is 160mm Height (with fan). Thermalright True spirit is 160 too I think.

for the i5 2400 Hyper 212 EVO is more than enough and it will fit your case.
