What are your thoughts on having Norton Ghost come preinstalled on this SSD card?

Same answer as your other thread about the same subject:

Norton Ghost does not come preinstalled on a Samsung 830 SATA 3 6Gb/s solid state drive. Instead, Samsung provides Norton Ghost on a cd.

Norton Ghost is one of several popular cloning applications. They work reasonably well. However, a clean install of Microsoft Windows 7 is the preferred method.
