Beep sound

hi all.Someone can hellp me ,plz...I have an asus laptop and some days ago i plug in the usb port an broken mp3...and the laptop just shut down.when i start it again begin a beep sound continue..a beep sound short and repetate.Te display is black/i try to ,recovery ..f9 dosen t work.the beep sound continue like 45 seconds after theat just stop...but theat for 6/7 seconds and start it again.....asus intel t4300 with 2,1 ghz..500 gb hard drive,invidia gt 220m,windows 7 .64 bits
