(first of all im not sure if this is the right subforum please move it if it isn't)

Hi everyone,

I'm in need of some help. My troubled PC has run into more problems
it worked fine for 2 days or so and now it is getting so many blue screens that staying in windows longer than 15 seconds is impossible.
the most common blue screen(s) i get are the following error codes :

0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER
0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
0x000000BE: ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY

Anyone know where the problem could lie?

Thanks in advance.

Try running one stick at a time and use memtest, a free download. You may have a bad stick of ram.

shall try that , just finished trying memtest86 for about 3 hours , but both sticks were in the PC at the time , wasnt too sure if it tested both? does it matter?
