Hi everyone,

My PC recently broke down and after paying a PC repair guy he said it was the motherboard. I am trying to find a replacement that is compatible with my hardware / Windows 7.

These are my specs:
Motherboard: http://uk.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=G7JoxzAEXsQwDt7G
CPU: http://www.intel.com/products/processor/core2xe/index.htm
Graphic Card: http://www.zotacusa.com/geforce-gts-250-1gb-256-bit-gddr3-738mhz-2200mhz-zt-20106-10p.html
RAM: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-192-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=817
Hard drive: http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.asp?driveid=488
Power Supply: (not sure, but should be similar) http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-202-CM&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=
Sound Card: standard issue with the motherboard

The graphics card and RAM are both new (I thought they were the problem when my PC broke down so got new ones).

Could someone please help me by showing me some Asus motherboards (or any type that you think is good) that would be compatible with everything. I am pretty bad with this stuff so any help is welcome ^^

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the quick reply. This does indeed seem like a great replacement!
Are there drivers for Windows 7? I noticed that my old motherboard has only for Vista, but I couldn't find 7.

Most vista drivers work with windows 7. Check asus website for either vista or windows 7 drivers. Windows 7 should find most of the drivers anyway. The most important is the lan driver. Once it's loaded, windows can search for the others.
