Still not getting it????

ok so i have OCZ 1150MHz memory changed a lot of stuff and i do not understand what the computer is telling me

1) durring boot up it reads as 1066 memory but CPU-Z says it is 535MHz memory is this right?
2)if clocked at boot up the memory reads as 1333MHz but cpu-Z says it is 667MHz memory what is going on here?

the motherboard is a Asus crosshair II and the processor is a 1100T

Those speeds in CPU-Z are right. They're exactly as they should be. The speeds you're seeing in the BIOS are just the Data Rates, not the actual speed of the bus clock, which is what CPU-Z shows you.

thank you that helps i think so the rates are right it is my understanding that is off
