  1. What Wattage CPU ?? - I'm using a CoolerMaster TX3 and it works pretty well for my phenom II X3 720 with the 4th core unlocked but it might start to struggle with a higher wattage CPU - ( it lowered the load temps from 68Cwhile running at 3.0 Ghz. on the stock fan to 56C running at 3.2 GHz. now) - IT was on sale awhile back for $14.99 with free shipping at newegg (got mine on sale and also with a $10 off next purchase code) but is now back to its $19.95 + $7 shipping so still right around the price point you mention.

If you have the room in your case, the 120mm flavor is better as it has free shipping. The best part of the sunbeam is it comes with Tuniq TX-2 goo. Very good stuff so you don't have to spend another $5 for some other thermal compound.

Here's a review I wrote on it, pretty honest. Great HSF for the price if you can live with the cons I have listed.
