MicroATX Motherboard with 2x PCIe 2.0 x16 and USB 3.0

Like the title says, I am wondering if such motherboards exist? If not, why not? I have seen MicroATX motherboards with 2x PCIe 2.0 x16 but why not USB 3.0?

Thanks, actually I am looking for ones with LGA 1156 sockets, does such motherboard exist?
