CM Hyper 612s On MSI P45-C51 with Q9650

Hello Everyone.
Im Planning to get Hyper 612s for my processor to overclock it. My motherboard is MSI P45-C51 which unfortunately doesn't have much 3 pin's places for Fans. normal heatsink fan connector is 4pin and there is another 3pin place for cpu exaust fan. There are other 3pin and 4 pin places but as per user guide of motherboard are for other use.
Anyway im kind of newbi to such things thats why need some guidance, As the hyper 612s has a 3pin connector and Now im confused where to install it. i know there must be a way.
Not only that i also have a front fan of cpu which intakes the air after getting this board that fan is also currently off and that is 3pin connector as well. so any suggestions except changing my motherboard![:)]( ":)")
