Win 7 startup repair major problems

I recently came across a very confusing problem. My computer was working properly and I decided to restart. The computer does not boot and I get a blue screen (just flashed so i have no idea what it said). Startup repair gives no errors and says that it may be due to changed system configurations. The comuter will not start in safe mode, will not start system restore, nor last good system configurations... Any help would be great!

To disable the auto-restart after BSOD just before the Windows 7 splash screen appears, or just before your PC automatically restarts, press the F8 key to enter Advanced Boot Options.

You can then select "Disable automatic restart on system failure".

Once done, post what the STOP error codes are.

2 days after the issue, the computer started to work properly again. I didn't do anything at all.........Thanks arael thought for the answer
