Overclock 3570k on MSI z77a g45

i just finish my first built pc. i want to learn how to overclock. after i watch few videos, i still dont get it and it difference on my mobo. can you guys help me out here? i got H60 for heatsink. which one should i enable or disable?

i have the same motherboard and an i5 2500k, heres what u do, go into bios by pressing "del" key at boot up and click on OC Genie Mode II, then click on OC settings, disable intel turbo boost and enhanced turbo, next go to "my oc genie" and select option "customize", next go to "my oc genie option" and select " my oc genie CPU ratio" and set it to 40/41/42 whatever maximum oc u can get, save settings and exit.

EDIT: remember to enable extreme memory profile (X.M.P) in auto mode otherwise your ram will run at a default clock of 1333mhz
