Pentium d 840 3 2 ghz mobo

Hello,
I have a pentium d 840 3.2 on an Asus P5V800-MX mobo that randomly reboots.
I have changed the drive and graphics card at different times and it still reboots.

I think my problem is the mobo, P5V800-MX?

Could be power button and/or reset switch making momentary contact due to soft springs inside the switches.

Could be CPU or chipsets overheating. Check what CPU shutdown temperature in BIOS is set at.

Could be the OS if you are still using Win 7 RC1 or other software that is designed to reboot the PC.
