Forum Laptops & Notebooks : General Discussion travel mouse failure

I have a thinkpad A31 and my wife, who hates the track point, had me buy a
small optical "travel mouse" from IBM. It appears to have failed (the
buttons and wheel work, just not the movement of the mouse pointer).

It hasn't proven to be as convenient to haul around as she would like, so I
was wondering could I get a bluetooth CF card for the A31, and can I then
buy a bluetooth small travel mouse?

I have a WIFI card already in what I think is called the mini pci slot
(internal anyway), so don't think I have any room to add a bluetooth card
there (if I understand things), but I have found no use for the 2 CF slots.

thanks.

Look around at your computer stores. There are several models of
wireless laptop mouses, USB, Logitech, Targus, etc.
