5000 Series cards in different terms?

Can you translate the various 5000 series ATI cards in terms of previous nvidia and ATI cards? For instance, a 5870 performing a bit better than a gtx295...ect

The 5750 is approximately a 4850/4770/GTS250, the 5770 is approximately a 4870/GTX260, 5850 is approximately a GTX285, a 5870 is slightly below a GTX295/4870x2, and a 5970 stands unmatched.
