Flipped a switch and went form 3.4Ghz to 3.9Ghz

So my mobo has this cool little "Easy OC switch" on it and since I just installed a hyper 212 evo I figured why not give it a try. It was almost too easy. I'm now running a stable 3.9 Ghz on my phenom II 965 BE. Is there anything I should know about this?

I used and overdrive for 4.0Ghz and smelt burning. Later I saw that a Mosfet had nearly died. BIOS only for me now

Funny thing is, I did too about an hour ago. I decided to revert to defaults and not to risk it.
