Hello,
I have a 6 year old PC with a Nvidia Geforce MX440 AGP8x video card.
Now I've bought two Acer X243HQ screens with a native resolution of 1920x1080.
I hooked them up, one on the D-sub and one on the DVI port of the video card.
The one on the D-sub port is the primary screen, which displays 1920x1080 just fine.
The other one, on the DVI port does not.. It's maximum is 1440x900.
I find this quite annoying. Is this a limitation of my video card or is there a simple solution?
Thanks
Pieter
