I give the PC a 7 in interview but an 8 in the bathing suit sompetition

it looks good

I suggest you choose your monitor first
then you can choose a graphics card, currently ATI gives you the best band for your buck. See Tom's Monthly best card for the money guide
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-graphics-card,...

once you choose your graphics card you can choose a PSU to power up the PC.
I prefer Corsair and Seasonic. OCZ, Thermaltake, Coolermaster, Antec, BFG all make solid units also. Just avoid the budget units.

S, u r.

Actually, I'm old fashioned. I don't even do that with a cell SMS.

Here's the problem guys. vasanthancs is obviously in India. Good parts are expensive there. Even cheap parts are expensive there.

the good news vasanthancs is your monitor does not need a demanding video card.

the bad news, JSC hit it on the head, we really don't know that the Indian video card market is. I linked you the Toms best cards for the money list. The last page has a hierarchy page, look for something like a Nvidia 9600GT or ATI 4830 performance (or similar performance from the many cards listed on the page).

Processor - Phenom X4 Quad X4 - 945 3.0Ghz
Mobo - Asus AMD790GX M4A78T-E
Ram - 4GB (2+2) Transcend
Hard Disk - Seagate 500GB
Monitor - Samsung 20" LCD
Video Card - ATI 5750 1GB

Suggest me anyone of the following PSUs
1 . Cooler Master GX 550 PSU (RS-550-ACAA-E3)

3 . Antec BP550 Plus 550W Modular Power Supply

Any of them will work for you. but I'd pick either of the Corsair or Antec.

1a. Corsair 550w. 80+, made by Channel Well Tech, great track record.
1b. Antec 550w BP. 80+, made by Delta, modular

The Cooler Master 550 is made by AcBel (not a plus, just noting), it is also 80+, but didn't find a review on a quick search. Found the 750w and it faired well with a negative few points that the Corsair or Antec don't have.

The Corsair VX550 would be an appropriate choice. It can easily power a pc system with any single video card made.

Corsair is a brand that has a reputation for high quality power supplies that consistently earn high marks in technical reviews. They are reliable, stable, and in the USA they come with a 5 year warranty.

Both Corsair VX550W and Antec BP550 cost same price .....
But Antec 550BP is Modular and Corsair 550W VX is NonModular ......
So which one should i choose ??

Corsair.

The Antec model is part of the old Basiq series which isn't that good. The current (amps) on the +12 volt rails is overstated.
