Hey guys I'm wrapping up my gaming build, could you guys please look it over and see what I could improve/save money on?

I wanted to keep this around 800 shipped with taxes but it came out around 880 :/.
I'm also considering an antec 902 in place of the cm 690.

I may hold out for a couple days to see if I could catch any combos to save a little money, but this is pretty much what I came up with.

The only thing I would change is your RAM. I would go with this G.SKILL DDR3 1333 at Cas7.... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231318 . They will perform better than the DDR3 1600 at Cas9, with lower voltage requirements.

If you like the Antec 902, I would look at the Antec 300 Illusion to keep your cost down. It is a good alternative to the CM RC-690 & Antec 902. It has plenty of room for your system.

If you can fit it into your budget, I would look to add the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus heat sink. It will allow you to overclock in the mid to upper 3 GHz's with the 955 and keep your CPU cool. Not need if not going to overclock but I recommend the cooler no matter what, to better cool your CPU.

I really do like the CM 690 case (I built one system with it), but if your needing to cut costs, than the Antec Sonata III case/PSU combo is hard to beat at $100 shipped (savings of $70 over your selection!!)!! The PSU has 34A on the combined 12v rails and will easily power the 5770 or just about any single GPU out!

The Antec Illusion case Techmo34 referred to, is only $5 less than the CM 690 case (after shipping charges), unless it's cheaper somewhere else than Newegg.

I like this RAM, due to it's stock voltage (1.5v) and tight timings (CAS 7)!! It's going for $100 shipped!! Only $4 more than your original selection and $6 less than Techmo34's selection. You can decide on this one.
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH - Retail

So if you select the options above you will save ~$66 less :)

I plan on going crossfire with another 5770 down the road though.. so I need a bigger psu. I do like the ram suggestion though, even though it's 4 bucks more it seems worth it.

Well the Antec Illusion case does come with 4 fans (140mm top, 120mm back, and 2 x 120 mm in the front), so that is what I'd consider getting, especially since it'd save you $20 over the CM 690 case that has a total of 3 fans: 120mm top, 120mm back, & 120mm front and it costs $20 more. It's up to you, but I know the CM 690 case and not the Antec 300 Illusion case. The CM 690 does have an almost tool-less install, which I see the Illusion would require you to screw in the HD/Optical drives. I don't know if $20 is a make or brake for you or not, but it's something to consider.

Edit: I am a big fan of the Corsair 650tx though, so I won't argue over that selection :)
